Edgar Brown was one of the Founding Principals of Veritrust Financial, LLC. He later returned in 2005 as the President/CEO. Edgar has worked in the financial services industry for 25 years working various positions in management for both broker/dealers and insurance companies. Edgar has his BBA in Accounting from Baylor University.

Cathy Holloway, Operations Manager
Cathy Holloway joined the Veritrust Financial LLC team in April of 2003. Cathy has over 18 years of experience in the financial and insurance industry and vast knowledge and experience in all aspects of customer and agent relations. Her past experience includes management positions in new business and customer service. Cathy is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the new business/customer service and commissions departments.

Wade Uloth, Chief Compliance Officer
Wade Uloth has been working in the Compliance Department at Veritrust Financial, LLC for the past 2 years. He has worked in the financial services industry for 11 years. As CCO, Wade is responsible for the leadership, design, and oversight of Veritrust's compliance and supervisory program. Wade has a BBA in Finance from University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
